2. Prepayment discount details as follow:

     -   Prepayment below 6 months: 10%  rental discount

     -   Prepayment from 6-11 months: 15%  rental discount

     -   Prepayment for 12 months: 25%  rental discount

3. Customers must make a prepayment of at least 6 months with a storage unit of size: 

     -   32 – 56 square feet for a free locker unit; or

     -   56 square feet or above for a free document, wardrobe or designated small unit
